Subject: IMPORTANT REMINDER: State Cups - Round 1
Good Afternoon,
Please be reminded of the following important details pertaining to the 2024 State Cup.

REFEREES FEES:
Please remind all teams that as per the regulations, each Team must pay 50% of the total amount of the referee’s fees for their match. Please click here for the Referees Match Payments Circular
JACKETED OFFICIALS:
a) All Clubs must supply two (2) jacketed Officials for all Matches, who must be 18 years of age or older and must have their names recorded on the digital team sheet.
b) All jacketed Officials are to wear clothing that easily identifies them as Club Officials. (i.e. brightly coloured bibs).
c) Clubs must ensure that individuals acting as jacketed Officials have read and understood the document Jacketed Officials - Roles and Responsibilities prior to taking up this role.
d) Jacketed officials must have read and understood the document Jacketed Officials - Roles and Responsibilities prior to taking up this role.
e) Failure by a Club to supply and identify the two (2) jacketed officials for each Match will result in a fine of $50 per offence.
f) Clubs and jacketed Officials who fail to comply with this Section 2 article 23 and/or the document Jacketed Officials - Roles and Responsibilities may be dealt with in accordance with the FNSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations
TEAM SHEET:
Pre-Game
All Team sheets are to be completed Via Dribl. Please ensure that all teams have a Coach or manager mapped to the team.

If you require any further assistance on how to submit your team match sheet – please contact FNSW Online Services on 8814 4450 Before your matchday (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) and we can assist with this process.
Any Dribl match sheet issues that arise on matchday (outside business hours) must be communicated to the FNSW Competitions Coordinator – Kim Burge via txt message (0419 993 918) for assistance, this must occur at least 30 minutes prior to kick off.
Pre-Game Identification:
Please ensure that Player identification is to be made available to the opposing Team Manager for perusal prior to the commencement of the Match, and it will be his / her duty to validate the Player identifications on the digital team sheet or Player Identification cards/sheets to confirm all Players are eligible in accordance with the Regulations.
In the event a Team fails to produce their player identification prior to the kick-off, the Team Manager is to contact the FNSW Competitions Coordinator Kim Burge via txt message (0419 993 918) for assistance and direction.

It’s important that the above process is correctly followed to avoid any post-match issues regarding player(s) eligibility status.
Post-Game
All Team sheets are to be completed Via Dribl by the referees. However, the referees may need assistance on the day.
If you do not have an official referee allocated to your match / or the allocated official does not have Dribl access – Please follow this process to manually add a match official to allow capture of key match data such as Scores and Cautions - Click here for further information
o Please Note: The club representative will need to be provided the match data by the referee post-match and enter this data into the electronic match sheet in Dribl.
o Please include the referees first name and last name within in the name section if adding a non-accredited official to assist with the validating data post-match.

Any Dribl match sheet or fixture issues that arise on matchday must be communicated to Kim Burge via txt message.
