WLSRC CLUBHOUSE Covid19 Guidelines
FROM 1ST JUNE 2020 THE WLSRC CLUBHOUSE CAN RE-OPEN SUBJECT TO A LIMIT OF 80 PEOPLE AND TO GOVERNMENT COVID GUIDELINES.
We have registered with NSW government as Covid Safe Club and have implemented Covid-19 Safety Plan
Anyone wishing to come into the clubhouse MUST comply with the following rules :-
On entering the Clubhouse everyone MUST record your name, contact details and time of entry. There will be a folder with attendance sheets by the main door. This provision allows tracking in the event of detection of an infection.
All of the WLSRC staff will monitor ongoing compliance. You must obey all directions of our Club staff.
You must be seated at the set tables. Groups of four only are permitted except in the case of a family with more than 4 members.
Children under the age of 18 must remain with their parents/guardians at all times.
You must not move tables and chairs to create larger groupings.
One person only from each table will be permitted to go to the bar/food areas to order drinks or food.
Consumption of alcohol outside the clubhouse is prohibited.
Patrons failing to comply with these rules or with the directions of Club staff will be denied service and required to leave the premises.
You MUST NOT enter the premises if you have any COVID 19 symptoms. Club staff will assess the health of patrons and have the right to deny access or remove from the Club premises anyone displaying or suspected of displaying symptoms of COVID 19.
At all times you MUST comply with the Club’s social distancing rules: NO EXCEPTIONS
When paying your food or drinks, where possible, please use contact-less methods of payment.
We will continue to review and adjust these protocols as necessary to provide a safe, compliant and enjoyable environment for our members and guests.
Stay safe.
Victor and the WLSRC Board.
