LFC IMPLEMENTATION OF NSFA GUIDELINES:

NSFA recommends the following measures to be put in place to meet social distancing and mass gathering requirements
●      Staggered training start/finish times – To ease the transition of people at venues

  • LFC allowing 15 mins between sessions and staggered start time – please ensure coaches reiterate the importance of timely drop-offs and pickups.

  • Reduction of session duration (i.e. From 75min to 60min)

    • LFC only if essential but aiming for full sessions for SAP DS, Prems & AA

  • Reduction of team trainings to ensure ALL teams have the ability to participate

    • So far have been able to adjust without need to reduce sessions, but still waiting on social teams to submit requests. We are hopeful it will all fit.

  • Relocation of teams to other venues/training days

    • Only place we have needed to move teams from is Court 3a/b

  • Firm communication to ensure minimal spectators at training/pick up duty

    • See below plan

  • Limited use of change room /toilet facilities

    • Communicate to ALL. Bathrooms available but not to be used as a change room.

    • Bring labelled Water Bottles as Bubblers will not be available to use.

  • Bibs NSFA Guidance is not to use bibs. Where alternate strip is required please consider using alternate strip (white/blue LFC kit) – players to bring/wear both to training

Pick Up: Parents to collect players from the Bowling Green. Please practice social distancing whilst waiting and leave promptly.

Which entrance/exit do we use?
Check your team's court number: Court 1 listed teams please use the top entrance. Court 2 use the ramp in the middle. Court 3 use the back stairs.
We request that only parents of children that need support stay at training, all others must drop their children and leave promptly. Similarly, pick up must be prompt.
We have a 15 minute gap between the sessions, which will hopefully give us enough time for the first session’s players to exit before the 5pm players arrive.
